Use this worksheet to map the real immigration questions clients ask AI to the pages on your site that should answer them.

How to Use This Worksheet
AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google's AI Mode do not respond to keywords alone. They respond to questions. When a worried family asks, "Can I still renew my DACA after the new ruling?" the AI tends to return cited, localized answers that name specific firms and pages.
This worksheet helps you:
- Identify the real questions your clients ask, not just the keywords you have been targeting
- Map each question to an existing page or flag a gap
- Prioritize which pages to build or deepen first
Where to find your prompts:
- Intake call notes
- Your most common RFE responses
- Email inquiry subject lines
- Consultation FAQs
- Current immigration news your clients keep asking about
Part 1 — Your Top 10 Client Prompts
List the 10 questions clients ask most often in their exact words, not legal terminology. Phrase them the way a non-attorney would type them into ChatGPT.

Part 2 — 2026 Prompts Already in Circulation
These are the kinds of questions immigration clients are actively asking AI right now. Check which ones your site currently answers and flag the gaps.
| Live Client Prompt | Driven By | Your Page | Answer Quality | Action Needed |

Part 3 — Page Action Plan
For every gap you flagged in Parts 1 and 2, prioritize using this scoring:
- Priority Score = Prompt Frequency × Client Urgency
- Frequency: How often do clients ask this? 1 = rarely, 3 = every week
- Urgency: How high-stakes is this question for the client? 1 = low, 3 = removal or status-loss risk
- Score 6-9: Build or deepen this page this month
- Score 3-5: Schedule in the next quarter
- Score 1-2: Monitor and address when capacity allows
| Prompt / Case Type | Frequency (1-3) | Urgency (1-3) | Priority Score | Target Publish Date | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| __________________ | ___ | ___ | ___ | __________________ | __________________ |
| __________________ | ___ | ___ | ___ | __________________ | __________________ |

Part 4 — Page Depth Checklist
When you build or update a page to answer a client prompt, make sure it includes these elements so AI can cite it with confidence.
Content
- The exact question, or a close variant, appears verbatim on the page
- The answer is complete enough that a worried client could act on it without calling first
- The page is specific to your jurisdiction, such as the local USCIS field office, processing realities, or state-specific nuances
- 2026 developments are addressed and dated, for example: "As of the April 2026 BIA ruling..."
- An FAQ section uses conversational, client-phrased questions
Proof
- Attorney credentials and bar admissions are visible on or linked from the page
- Case-type experience is stated, for example: "We've handled 200+ DACA renewal cases"
- Client reviews or outcomes are referenced
- A last-updated date is visible on the page
Technical
- The page is server-side rendered and not blocked by a JavaScript wall or login gate
- AI crawlers are not blocked in robots.txt
- The page uses a clean heading structure: H1 -> H2 -> H3
- FAQ schema markup is added when practical
Part 5 — Monthly Habit
Repeat this worksheet once a month. Your top client prompts shift with the news cycle. New rulings, policy changes, and processing delays create new questions and new opportunities to be the answer AI cites.
Monthly trigger:
- After any major USCIS announcement
- After any significant BIA ruling
- After any State Department policy change
- After any major local backlog or scheduling shift that changes what clients are asking
When one of those events happens, add the new client questions to Part 2 and reprioritize your action plan.
